What we are looking for  

• Frontend: Advanced proficiency in React, Angular, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3 for building responsive, dynamic, and user-centric web interfaces.
• Backend: Expertise in Node.js and Express.js (Nest.js experience is a plus) for efficient and scalable server-side application development.
• APIs: Hands-on experience with designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end services.
• Database: Strong experience with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks for efficient data management and integration.
• AI Integration: Familiarity with integrating machine learning or AI technologies to optimize coding workflows, automate processes, and enhance application performance.
• Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy, manage, and scale applications effectively. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Take charge of designing and developing high-performance, scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and stakeholders) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
• Lead planning sessions, define technical requirements, and communicate them effectively to the development team. 
• Provide guidance and mentorship to developers across various projects, ensuring they follow best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles. 
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure front-end and back-end architectures, ensuring optimal performance and speed. 
• Continuously optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability, incorporating AI tools and technologies to enhance efficiency. 
• Lead efforts to integrate AI technologies into the development workflow, including automating repetitive tasks, streamlining development processes, and improving application capabilities. 
• Conduct regular code reviews and process reviews, offering constructive feedback to team members to improve the quality and maintainability of the codebase. 
• Oversee deployment pipelines and ensure the scalability and stability of applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• 9+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer with a proven track record of leading projects and teams. 
• Advanced proficiency in React, Next.js, and other modern front-end frameworks, with a deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, and state management using Redux. 
• Extensive experience with Node.js, Nest.js, and Express.js for developing robust server-side applications. 
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks such as Sequelize, TypeORM, or similar. 
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture patterns and design principles (MVC, microservices, etc.). 
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying, managing, and scaling applications. 
• Experience or interest in integrating AI technologies to automate workflows, enhance application functionality, and speed up development processes. 
• Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development. 
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide teams, ensure productivity, and promote best practices.
