• Hands-on experience as a Technical Project Manager delivering multiple projects utilizing TypeScript-based languages.
• Proven working track record of executing multiple projects across various programming languages — including React, .NET, PHP, or similar technologies.
• Expertise on website and application loading speed optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the execution of multiple projects using TypeScript-based languages, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Drive the delivery of projects in programming languages such as React, .NET, PHP, or similar technologies, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and best practices.
• Oversee website and application loading speed optimization initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance performance.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations, conducting thorough testing and validation as needed.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project updates, milestones, and changes effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a focus on leading and delivering projects using TypeScript-based languages.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as React, .NET, PHP, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in website and application loading speed optimization techniques and tools.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
