Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Expert to join our dynamic team.

  • Strong background in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful client relationships.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up and effectively utilizing CRM systems.
  • Expertise in optimizing sales processes, enhancing user experience, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve team sales targets.
    • Identify market opportunities and trends, conducting market research and analysis to inform sales strategies.
    • Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
    • Manage the sales pipeline, tracking prospects and opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle.
    • Lead the setup and configuration of CRM systems within the organization, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including contact information, sales activities, and pipeline management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 4-7 years’ experience in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies preferably in a similar industry.
    • Demonstrated experience in setting up and configuring CRM systems, preferably from scratch.
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
    • Proficient in using CRM software, such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics, to manage sales activities and customer data.
