We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho CRM Expert to join our team. As a Zoho CRM Expert, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) processes, enhancing user experience, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the implementation and management of Zoho CRM solutions to improve overall customer experience. 
• Set the process and manage end to end lead lifecycle in zoho 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze customer data, identifying trends and insights that inform decision-making. 
• Customize Zoho CRM software to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems. 
• Design and implement efficient workflows within Zoho CRM, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity. 
• Provide training to end-users on Zoho CRM functionalities and offer ongoing technical support. 
• Stay updated on Zoho CRM features and enhancements, proactively suggesting improvements to enhance system performance. 
• Maintain accurate documentation related to Zoho CRM configurations, processes, and best practices. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. 
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Zoho CRM solutions. 
• Proficiency in Zoho Creator and other Zoho platforms is a plus. 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
