• Extensive experience in the aviation sector, in-depth knowledge of IT solutions and services, and exceptional leadership skills.
• Experience in overseeing the development and implementation of ITES strategies, managing ITES projects, and ensuring the security and integrity of our ITES systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in the aviation sector or a related industry (e.g., aerospace, logistics and supply chain).
• Must hold a valid US Green Card and willingness to work in a hybrid environment with regular travel between the US and India.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for ITES delivery aligned with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and control project risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the aviation sector.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of ITES, ensuring services meet quality standards and SLAs.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Lead a team of project managers, delivery managers, and technical staff responsible for delivering ITES services to aviation clients.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalating critical issues to senior management as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in ITES delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Significant experience in the aviation sector is highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of ITES processes, tools, and technologies.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality ITES solutions.
• PMP, ITIL Foundation Certification (or equivalent) is desirable.
• Strong understanding of ITES systems, infrastructure, and security.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
